Business Introduction Team Agent

Role: This role is working for a brand new department for a major high street bank and dealing with new mortgage business as a Business Introduction Team Agent.

Duties include taking inbound calls relating to mortgages, building rapport and answering queries, then passing the details to a Mortgage Specialist who will then complete the sale. 

With a starting salary of £13090 plus a monthly bonus, plus opportunities for career progression, this position is open to candidates who have previous customer service experience.

Hours: Various shifts available between Monday and Saturday.

Location: Leeds 11.

Customer Service Advisors

Role: Our client requires Customer Service Advisors for their contact centre based in Leeds. The role involves taking inbound calls from customers, resolving queries and complaints, and maximising sales opportunities. Candidates need strong customer service and problem solving skills, and the ability to spot opportunities to cross sell additional products and services.The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, along with 4 weeks training.

Telesales Consultant
Role: Our client urgently requires Telesales staff to work within the IT sales department. The post holder will be responsible for making outbound calls to mainly warm/known leads. You will be targeting current and new customers to introduce new products and promote the current product range

Telesales Key Activities
To make outbound calls to introduce and promote products.
To achieve outbound sales targets as a result of direct mail leads.
To follow up leads from exhibitions and demonstrations. To find new leads and to make appointments for Field Staff to visit. Ability to adapt to change. 

Administration Support
The post holder is responsible for the following administrative tasks:

Person Specification
Telesales Advisors should be able to multi task and are to have the minimum skills:
Experience of Telesales
IT hardware knowledge.
Excellent communicator, email and telephone.
Intermediate PC/internet skills
Good experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
Ability to work as part of a team supporting other colleagues were necessary.
 

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.

Salary: 19000 plus benefits
